20 Ropemaker - Keltbray have now completed demolition

Works continue to progress at pace on our 20 Ropemaker Street development. Keltbray have now completed demolition of the existing buildings, with progress to-date captured on the following video.

With demolition complete, we have now entered into contract with Skanska Construction UK in respect to the redevelopment. In addition, we have successfully pre-let circa 70% of the new development to Linklaters LLP.
