Aiming High: Bradley Baker speaks to Property Week’s Tim Clark
As CO—RE CEO Bradley Baker prepares to reach the 6,812m high peak of the Himalayas Ama Dablam this November, he spoke to Property Week’s Tim Clark about the motivation behind the challenge, his love of the built environment, as well as the foresight needed to achieve successful property developments.
Raising money for two great causes, Child Bereavement and Cancer Research UK, Bradley will begin his expedition of Ama Dablam at the start of November.
What motivates Bradley to complete these climbing challenges? Bradley describes it as a “bit of an addictive trail…it is testing yourself and it is really rewarding when it comes off ‑ not so much when it doesn’t.”
Discussing the types of buildings that occupiers want in the current climate, Bradley shared:
“Those buildings that create character are the ones that occupiers want and they are prepared to pay a premium to get an interesting building.”
