Baker McKenzie sign 153,000 sq.ft pre-let at 280 Bishopsgate

Baker McKenzie, the leading international law firm have taken a pre-let of over half of 280 Bishopsgate for their new London HQ in one of the largest Central London transactions this year.

The scheme, which is a significant redevelopment of the original building designed by FOGGO Architects, has effectively been transformed to reflect and meet the rapidly changing nature of occupier’s requirements, including a strong wellbeing agenda with large roof terraces, significant bicycle suite and an interactive dual office entrance regime.
