CO—RE hires associate partner from Knight Frank

Central London development manager CO-RE has recruited Jo Al-Hillawi as development surveyor, React News can reveal.

Al-Hillawi joins from Knight Frank, where he was associate partner in the central London capital markets team, advising clients on the London investment market.

In addition to his capital markets experience, Al-Hillawi spent four years advising tenants on lease acquisitions across the capital, giving him an in-depth knowledge of the changing way in which occupiers are utilising space. He has acted for clients including Great Portland Estates and the Royal Academy of Arts.
