We’re thrilled to have won the 2022 London Deal Award last night at the EG awards for Blackstone pre letting the entirety of Lansdowne House as its new 226,000 sq.ft. European HQ.

The new building will achieve the highest possible sustainability rating, BREEAM ‘Outstanding’, together with WELL Platinum.

Judges said: “In what has been a difficult year, this was one of 2022’s largest commercial deals, and really showcases that London remains an attractive destination for the world’s biggest businesses.”
