CO-RE wins planning for office on former Goldman Sachs HQ

Developer CO-RE has gained planning consent for the redevelopment of 120 Fleet Street in London.

Proposals of the project, which is designed by Bjarke Ingels Group, include the redevelopment of River Court and the renovation and opening to the public of the Grade II-listed Daily Express Building. Read more here.
