FOUR with CO—RE: Frank Filskow, Make Architects on Ropemaker, EC2
Standing 25 storeys high in the City of London, Ropemaker was completed in 2024. It’s thought to be one of the tallest stone-clad constructions to be created in London since St Paul’s Cathedral was built in 1675.
We spoke to Frank Filskow, partner at Make Architects about how he worked with CO—RE and Old Park Lane Management to create Ropemaker. A building that focuses on prioritising the wellbeing of its occupiers, Frank explains how this has been achieved, including achieving a BREEAM 2018 ‘Outstanding’ rating.
