New Agents for The Fitzrovia

CO-RE has confirmed that Knight Frank and Edward Charles & Partners will be the joint leasing agents on its new mixed-use development at Tottenham Court Road.

The Fitzrovia W1 is an 87,000 sq ft scheme spread across six floors, offering 65,000 sq ft of grade-A office space, 11,500 sq ft of retail space and eight premium residential units.

The scheme is anticipated to be delivered in Q3 2024 by developer CO-RE, with Edward Charles & Partners and Knight Frank taking up the role of office leasing agents on the scheme.
