The London Property Alliance panel sees Executive Chairman David Ainsworth discuss Lambeth in Focus
Lambeth is emerging as ‘one of central London’s most desirable office sub-markets’ as projects such as 72 Upper Ground, the former ITV Studios, progress with construction.
The 2.5-acre site on the South Bank was a key focus in the London Property Alliance’s recent Lambeth in Focus seminar, as CO-RE’s Executive Chairman David Ainsworth sat alongside Rob Bristow, Director of Climate, Planning and Transport for London Borough of Lambeth, Robin Dobson, Group Property Director at Network Rail and Head of UK Office and Logistics Research, Elaine Russell.
Chaired by Kate Falconer Hall, Partner at Montagu Evans, discussions included how to deliver good and inclusive growth, upcoming business opportunities within the borough – which will form part of Lambeth’s growth plan, expected later this year – as well as the ways in which the redeveloped workspaces in the area will provide amenity-rich developments that occupiers are desiring.
Thanks to London Property Alliance for a fantastic panel discussion.
