They explore the challenges that developers and landlords face now that hybrid working is here to stay.

Bradley comments: “The knee-jerk reaction was the office is completely dead. Now we’ve almost come full circle where there’s a recognition that we actually miss the spontaneous interactivity and mentoring that happens in the office. The desire to be in a stimulating environment which genuinely promotes wellbeing is really important.

There is light at the end of the tunnel. And the world of work will be a better place with a lot more imagination put into office buildings, responding to what occupiers really want. Occupiers are using their buildings as a tool in the war for talent. Your building says a lot about your company and your brand. The onus is on the developer and occupier community to come together to create really special buildings.”
