Projects 20 Gresham Street EC2

This 240,000 sq ft net office redevelopment scheme was designed by Kohn Pedersen Fox and is prominently positioned opposite the Guildhall in the City of London. This £69m construction contract was delivered on programme and within budget, despite extensive archaeological investigations. The building features an enhanced specification for financial services occupiers, which helped attract Standard Bank, who leased the majority of the building prior to its completion in 2008.
