Following the completion of an initial brief, CO—RE appointed the design team and obtained approval to develop the major refurbishment from an extensive options analysis.
The current scheme secured three additional floors, whilst retaining as much embodied carbon within the structure and façade as possible.
A new rooftop garden, to be shared by the building occupiers is key to provide external space to all and will offer incredible views of the City of London.
Planning was secured in Q3 2024.
