CO—RE secured planning consent for this new 225,000 sq ft office building near London Bridge overlooking the River Thames. We led challenging negotiations with the various stakeholders, including TfL and the City of London, on the complex construction logistics relating to the capacity upgrade works at the adjacent Bank station.

Designed by John Robertson Architects, the scheme incorporates a quarter-acre rooftop garden, maximising the appeal and value of the office space. The building attracted significant pre-let interest from numerous occupiers, including Wells Fargo, who bought the building during construction for their European headquarters.
