Projects Bureau, Fetter Lane EC4
This refurbishment capitalised on the scarcity of quality buildings in the West End, comprehensively renovating 67,500 sq ft of office space along with 6,500 sq ft of retail. The CO—RE scheme replaced two outdated façades, maximised daylight with full-height glazing and created two extra floors. Terraces in the completed project afforded both additional accommodation and superb views.
