Following an options analysis, CO—RE carried out a comprehensive refurbishment scheme transforming the quality of the building. This provided an additional floor, in-filled atria, a new elevation to the rear and a new two-way levelled entrance hall – effectively repositioning the building so that it maximised its appeal from the north and south.
