CO—RE undertook an extensive options analysis and secured planning permission on this substantial site in Mayfair overlooking Green Park. It comprised 200,000 sq ft of mixed use – including super prime and affordable – with residential units, over 110,000 sq ft of office space and 9,000 sq ft of retail.
The Clarges project involved the relocation of the Kennel Club to a new building within the site, and a new mews connecting Clarges Street and Bolton Street. The scheme has obtained record values for the area.
