CO—RE was involved in every phase of the development process from the initial negotiation of the site on behalf of UBS Asset Management. Having selected the full professional team and negotiated planning consent, a development lease was sold to Oxford Properties and CO—RE led the delivery of the £172m scheme, together with its marketing and leasing.

CO—RE delivered one of London’s largest ever speculative lettings to Nomura International, who took the entire site as their European HQ during construction. The building incorporates an amazing half-acre riverside terrace, providing an exceptional outdoor amenity for Nomura’s staff and a kitchen garden for their restaurant.
